The English version of this document has been translated for your information and with the aim of giving users a better service. Should there be translation mistakes or contradictions the Italian version of this document will be the sole document representing iShopps for its Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes when and how iShopps gathers, uses and makes your information public when you use our Service.
iShopps allows users to share their shopping experiences in real time. iShopps Services are created in order to help people share their most important geo-localized information about products, prices and offers showed by stores all over the world. Most of the information you provide is information you ask us to make public. That includes not only pictures, photos and videos but also the people you follow, likes and any other information results from your use of the Application. Your public information is widely and instantly diffused. Every registered user can share photos and videos of their favourite product, including comments and links to other web sites.
The privacy of users is a priority for iShopps. We know very well that privacy is important also for most of the people who use services related to geo-localization. Where you are and where you go is sensitive information and we want our users to feel safe with the way we gather and use information.
We have studied our Privacy norms so that they provide the fundamental indications on how to use iShopps to get in touch and share with other people and on how we gather and can use the contents and geo-localization information of the users.
We invite users to read the Privacy norms and use them in order to be able to make informed decisions. Using the Services, the user provides their agreement to use their data, including their move to Italy and/or other countries, so that it can be memorized, processed and used by iShopps.
In the context of the Services, iShopps may need to communicate with users regarding the service and administration. Such communication will be considered part of the Services and the user’s iShopps account, and the user may not be able to avoid receiving it.
When you create or configure an account on iShopps, you give us some personal information, such as your name, user name, password and email address. Some of this information, for example your name and user name, are inserted in public lists on our Services, as well as your profile page and the results of the research.
You can give us extra information to be made public on your profile, such as a brief biography, your home address or a picture. You can personalize your account with information such as your gender and/or your date of birth: this kind of information will not be made public but will be used anonymously with statistical aims in order to increase your shopping experience with iShopps.
We may use your contact details to send you information regarding our Services or for marketing purposes. We may use your contact details to help other users to find your iShopps account. We may recommend other people to follow you on iShopps, based on how close you are geographically and/or the interests you have in common, which you can always delete from iShopps at any time. Should you send us messages via email, we can keep them, your email address and contact details in order to answer your requests. If you connect your iShopps account to your own account but on another service, so as to create a cross correspondence between iShopps and that service, the latter could inform us of your registration, the information on your profile on that service and further information that you authorize. This information enables us to cross check the information, therefore it helps us to improve our Services and is deleted from iShopps is a few weeks once your iShopps account has been disconnected on other services.

Information on the Location. iShopps has the possibility to acquire and save information about location, only if the geo-localization option on your iPhone has been switched on. This setting may be changed at any time in order to avoid sending that information. When active, your location will be posted by default with your posts and in your iShopps profile. We will be able to use and keep the information regarding your location to provide further functions to our Services, such as improving and personalizing the Services by inserting, for example, contents which are more relevant such as local trends, offers, retailers and suggestions on the people to follow. Should you decide to cancel your iShopps account, the chronology will no longer be visible, nor will it be possible to consult it.
Link. iShopps can keep track of how you interact with the links contained in our Services, including our emails. We do this to help to improve our Services, provide more relevant advertising and to share aggregated statistics on the clicks, such as how many times a certain post has been clicked upon.
Sharing the content and information. The user is the owner of all the content and information published on iShopps and can control how it can be shared. Furthermore:
1. Regarding the content covered by copyright, for example photos and videos, by sending, publishing or showing the Contents on the Services, or via the same, the user is granting iShopps a worldwide licence, not exclusive and free (with the right to have a sub-licence) for the use, copy, reproduction, processing, adaptation, alteration, publication, transmission, display and distribution of the said Content with any support or channel of distribution (currently available or developed subsequently). The Licence ends the moment when the user deletes the Content on their account, unless this content has not been shared with a third party and the latter has not deleted it.
2. When iShopps is used, the content and information is shared with the application. The applications must respect the user’s privacy and it is the agreement accepted during registration that controls the way the application can use, archive and transfer the contents and the information.
3. When the user publishes contents or information using the application, they are granting everyone, even those who are not registered with iShopps, the possibility to access and use this information and link it to their own profile (that is to say under their name and picture). The user accepts that the Contents can be shared, transmitted, distributed or published by iShopps’ partners and takes any ensuing responsibility should it not have the right to supply Contents for that end. iShopps is not responsible nor is it pursuable for any improper use of the user’s Contents under the existing Terms and the user declares that he or she is in possession of all the rights, powers and authority necessary to grant the rights established by the Terms of Service regarding the Content sent by the user himself.
4. Comments or suggestions provided by the users regarding iShopps are always welcome. However, the user must be aware of the fact that they may be used without any obligation whatsoever to issue payment (in the same way that the user is not obliged to make any payment).
5. iShopps does not issue any form of approval, support, declaration or guarantee referring to the completion, truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of the Content or communication posted via the Services, neither does it confirm any opinion expressed via the Services. The user declares that he or she is aware of the fact that the use of the Services may expose them to Content that is considered, offensive, damaging, inaccurate or otherwise inadequate or, in some cases, to posts which have been erroneously countersigned or in other ways misleading. Under no circumstances shall iShopps be responsible for the Content contained, including, but not restricted to, any errors or omissions in the Content or any losses or damage incurred due to the use of the Content posted, sent by email, transmitted or otherwise made available by means of the Services or diffused elsewhere.

We make use of other companies and people to carry out tasks on our behalf and we need to share your information with them to provide you with products or Services. Our agents have no right whatsoever to use the personal details that we share with them beyond the purpose of helping us, and provide a level of protection equivalent to your personal details.
The Service may contain links to other sites. iShopps is not responsible for the norms and/or procedures regarding privacy on other sites. When you click on a link with another site, we advise you to read the information regarding the privacy norms on that site. This Privacy Policy solely refers to regulations on how information is gathered by the service.

Security. iShopps will do everything in its power to ensure the utmost security of the application, but cannot guarantee it. Users must collaborate, ensuring that they:
• Do not send or publish in any other way unauthorised commercial communication (for example spam) to other iShopps users.
• Do not collect user content or information, or gain access in any other way other than iShopps using automated tools (such as gathering bots, robots, spiders or scrapers ) if they are not authorized.
• Do not undertake illegal multi-level marketing actions, for example pyramidal patterns, on iShopps.
• Do not upload viruses or other harmful codes.
• Do not attempt to obtain access information or access the accounts of other users.
• Do not denigrate, intimidate or abuse other users.
• Do not publish contents that are: threatening, pornographic, inciting to hatred, with graphic images of nudity or gratuitous violence.
• Do not develop or use applications of third parties that contain content regarding alcohol or otherwise aimed at an adult audience (including advertising) without the due limitations to age.
• Do not use iShopps for illegal, misleading, evil or discriminatory purposes.
• Do not undertake actions that can impede, overload or compromise the correct functioning of iShopps, for example with a negation attack of the service.
• Do not favour or encourage any violation of Terms and Conditions.
iShopps works in respect of generally accepted standards in order to protect personal information sent to us, both in the phase of transmission and reception. However, no way of transmission by Internet or Mobile device or electronic gathering is considerable 100% safe. So, even if our aim is to use safe instruments, we cannot guarantee the total security of your personal information.
Registration and security of the account. iShopps users provide their own real names and information, and we urge everyone to do the same. Regarding registration, so as to guarantee the security of your account, the user:
• Must not provide false information on iShopps or create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
• Must not create more than one profile.
• Must not create another account without our permission should the original account be disabled.
• Must not use their own personal profile to obtain commercial gain.
• Must not use iShopps if they are under 13. iShopps Services are not aimed at users under the age of 13. Should you discover that your child has given personal details without your consent, we urge you to contact info@ishopps.com. iShopps does not intentionally gather personal information from children under the age of 13. Should you discover that a child aged 13 has provided personal details, we will act to remove this information and delete the child’s account.
• Must not use iShopps if they have been accused of sexual offences.
• Must ensure that the contact details are always correct and updated.
• Must not share their password (or, in the case of developers, the secret key), neither must they allow others to gain access to their own account or carry out any other action that might put the security of the account at risk. You must prevent unauthorized access to your own account and to the own personal details by choosing and protecting your own password appropriately, limiting access to your own computer and browser by disconnecting after having ended access to your own account.
• Must not transfer your account to a third party without prior consent in writing.
Should the user select a user name for their account, iShopps reserves the right to remove it or reclaim it should it deem it appropriate to do so (for example the owner of a brand complains about the fact that the user name has no direct connection with the user’s real name).
The user is responsible for the safeguarding of the password that is being used to access the Services of each activity or action that requires the use of the said password. iShopps recommends the use of “complex” passwords (formed by a combination of capital and small case letters, numbers and symbols) for the account.
Share button instructions. If the user uses the “Share” button (camera icon), they are in fact agreeing to share with any other user of iShopps the item photographed or filmed and the contents related. But the user can also decide not to share the item, but just keep it for themselves, using the button “Private only” (lock icon). The same dispositions will be applied for the sharing related to Facebook. (note: if you are not sharing information, you will not receive any additional points).
Changes. iShopps can at any time decide, for any reason, or for no reason, to change the text of this document or of any other document related to Service conditions. So please make sure you read the Privacy and Terms of Service regularly.
More. All our rights and obligations relative to the current Terms and Conditions may freely be assigned by us should there be the merger, acquisition or sale of goods or via a legal operation or other transaction. Should iShops be involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, re-organization or sale of its goods, your information may be sold or transferred within the relative operation. What has been established by the current Privacy document shall be applied to your information as transferred to a new subject.
Account cancellation. You can cancel your iShopps at any time. If you use the button “delete account” in the section “Settings / account” of the App, your account will be closed down and deleted. When your account is closed down, it will not be visible on iShopps. When the account is closed down by the user all the data uploaded on the Service will be available in our files but not visible, so that the user can always go back on their decision and have the account activated again.

La presente informativa Privacy descrive come e quando iShopps raccoglie, usa e divulga le tue informazioni quando usi i nostri Servizi.
iShopps consente alle persone di condividere in tempo reale le proprie esperienze di shopping. I servizi di iShopps sono progettati principalmente per aiutare le persone a condividere informazioni geolocalizzate su prodotti, prezzi e offerte proposti dai negozi di tutto il mondo. La maggior parte delle informazioni che fornisci sono informazioni che ci chiedi di rendere pubbliche. Nell’ambito della prestazione del Servizio iShopps potrebbe avere l’esigenza di inviare all’utente alcune comunicazioni, come comunicazioni di servizio e amministrative. Tali comunicazioni saranno considerate parte del Servizio erogato e dell’account iShopps dell’utente e quest’ultimo potrebbe non essere in grado di evitare di riceverle.
Quando crei o configuri un account su iShopps, ci fornisci alcune informazioni personali, come ad esempio, il tuo nome e cognome, il tuo nome utente, password e indirizzo email. Alcune di queste informazioni, ad esempio, il tuo nome e cognome e il nome utente, sono inserite in elenchi pubblici sui nostri Servizi, nonché sulla tua pagina di profilo e nei risultati di ricerca.

Se colleghi il tuo account iShopps al tuo stesso account ma su un altro Servizio (come ad esempio Facebook) al fine di realizzare una corrispondenza incrociata tra iShopps e tale Servizio, quest’ultimo potrebbe comunicarci la tua registrazione, le tue informazioni di profilo su tale Servizio e ulteriori informazioni che tu autorizzi. Queste informazioni permettono lo scambio incrociato d’informazioni, ci aiutano a migliorare i Servizi e vengono eliminate da iShopps in poche settimane dalla disconnessione del tuo account iShopps su altri Servizi.

Informazioni sulla Posizione. iShopps ha facoltà di acquisire e salvare le tue informazioni di ubicazione, a condizione che sul tuo dispositivo mobile sia attivata l'opzione di invio di tali informazioni. Tale impostazione può essere modificata in modo tale da evitare l'invio, quando attivata, la tua posizione verrà postata di default con i tuoi post. Condivisione dei contenuti e delle informazioni. L'utente è il proprietario di tutti i contenuti e le informazioni pubblicate su iShopps e può controllare in che modo possono essere condivise. Inoltre:

Per quanto riguarda i contenuti coperti da diritti di proprietà, ad esempio foto e video, con l’invio, la pubblicazione o visualizzazione di Contenuti sui Servizi, o mediante gli stessi, l’utente concede a iShopps una licenza mondiale, non esclusiva e gratuita (con diritto di sublicenza) per l’utilizzo, copia, riproduzione, elaborazione, adattamento, modifica, pubblicazione, trasmissione, visualizzazione e distribuzione di tali Contenuti con qualsiasi supporto o metodo di distribuzione (attualmente disponibile o sviluppato in seguito). La Licenza termina nel momento in cui l'utente elimina i Contenuti presenti sul suo account, a meno che tali contenuti non siano stati condivisi con terzi e che questi non li abbiano eliminati.
2. Quando si usa iShopps, i contenuti e le informazioni vengono messi in condivisione con l'applicazione, è l'accordo accettato al momento della registrazione, che controlla il modo in cui l'applicazione può utilizzare, archiviare e trasferire i contenuti e le informazioni.
3. Quando l'utente pubblica contenuti o informazioni tramite l’applicazione, concede a tutti, anche alle persone che non sono iscritte a iShopps, di accedere e usare tali informazioni e di associarle al proprio profilo (ovvero al suo nome e alla sua immagine). L’utente accetta che i propri contenuti potranno essere condivisi, trasmessi, distribuiti o pubblicati dai partner di iShopps e si assume le eventuali responsabilità che possono derivargli qualora non abbia il diritto di fornire contenuti per detto utilizzo. iShopps non sarà responsabile né perseguibile per qualsiasi utilizzo improprio dei contenuti, l’utente dichiara e garantisce di essere in possesso di tutti i diritti, poteri e autorità necessari per concedere i diritti previsti dai Termini del Servizio, in relazione ai contenuti inviati dall’utente stesso.
4. I commenti o i suggerimenti degli utenti relativi a iShopps sono sempre benvenuti. Tuttavia, l'utente deve essere al corrente del fatto che potranno essere usati senza alcun obbligo di compenso nei suoi confronti (allo stesso modo in cui l'utente non è obbligato a fornirli).
5. iShopps non rilascia alcun genere di approvazione, supporto, dichiarazione o garanzia in ordine alla completezza, veridicità, accuratezza o affidabilità di contenuti o comunicazioni postati tramite i Servizi, né conferma alcuna opinione espressa mediante i Servizi. L’utente si dichiara consapevole del fatto che l’utilizzo dei Servizi potrà esporlo a contenuti offensivi, dannosi, inaccurati o altrimenti inadeguati o, in alcuni casi, a post che siano stati erroneamente contrassegnati o altrimenti ingannevoli. iShopps non sarà, in alcuna circostanza, responsabile dei contenuti, ivi inclusi, a mero titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, eventuali errori od omissioni nei contenuti o eventuali perdite o danni di qualsiasi tipo risultanti dall’utilizzo di contenuti postati, inviati per email, trasmessi o altrimenti resi disponibili tramite i Servizi o diffusi altrove.

Ci avvaliamo di altre società e persone per svolgere compiti per conto nostro e abbiamo bisogno di condividere le tue informazioni con loro per fornirti prodotti o Servizi. I nostri agenti non hanno alcun diritto di utilizzare informazioni personali che condividiamo con loro al di là di quanto necessario per aiutarci, e forniscono un livello di protezione equivalente alle tue informazioni personali.
Il Servizio può contenere dei link ad altri siti. iShopps non è responsabile per le norme e/o per le pratiche relative alla privacy in altri siti. Quando effettui un link ad un altro sito, ti consigliamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy di tale sito. Questa Informativa sulla privacy regolamenta solo le informazioni raccolte sul Servizio.

Sicurezza. iShopps si impegna al massimo per fare in modo che l’applicazione sia sicura, ma non può essere garantito. E’ necessario che gli utenti collaborino impegnandosi a:
• Non inviare o pubblicare in altro modo comunicazioni commerciali non autorizzate (ad esempio spam) ad altri utenti su iShopps.
• Non raccogliere contenuti o informazioni degli utenti, né accedere in altro modo a iShopps, usando strumenti automatizzati (come bot di raccolta, robot, spider o scraper) se non autorizzati.
• Non intraprendere azioni di marketing multi-livello illegali, ad esempio schemi piramidali, su iShopps.
• Non caricare virus o altri codici dannosi.
• Non cercare di ottenere informazioni di accesso o accedere ad account di altri utenti.
• Non denigrare, intimidire o molestare altri utenti.
• Non pubblicare contenuti: minatori, pornografici, con incitazioni all'odio, con immagini o grafica di nudo o con violenza gratuita.
• Non sviluppare o utilizzare applicazioni di terzi con contenuti correlati all'alcol o comunque rivolti ad un pubblico adulto (comprese le pubblicità) senza le dovute restrizioni di età.
• Non usare iShopps per scopi illegali, ingannevoli, malevoli o discriminatori.
• Non intraprendere azioni che possano impedire, sovraccaricare o compromettere il corretto funzionamento di iShopps, ad esempio con un attacco di negazione del servizio.
• Non favorire o incoraggiare alcuna violazione dei Termini del Servizio.
Ti raccomandiamo pertanto di riflettere attentamente sul fatto di aggiungere qualsiasi informazione specifica che tu possa ritenere privata nei commenti, nelle immagini o in qualsiasi altro contenuto (luogo o altro) che crei nel Servizio.
iShopps opera nel rispetto degli standard generalmente accettati al fine di proteggere le informazioni personali inviateci, sia in fase di trasmissione sia in fase di ricezione. Tuttavia nessun metodo di trasmissione tramite internet o attraverso un dispositivo mobile o metodo di memorizzazione elettronica è sicuro al 100%. Pertanto, benché ambiamo alla realizzazione di mezzi sicuri, ai fini della protezione delle tue informazioni personali, non possiamo garantirne la sicurezza assoluta.
Registrazione e sicurezza dell'account. Gli utenti di iShopps forniscono il proprio nome e le proprie informazioni reali, e invitiamo tutti a fare lo stesso. Per quanto riguarda la registrazione e al fine di garantire la sicurezza del proprio account, l'utente s’impegna a:
• Non fornire informazioni personali false su iShopps o creare un account per conto di un'altra persona senza autorizzazione.
• Non creare più di un profilo personale.
• Non creare un altro account senza il nostro permesso se l'account originale viene disabilitato.
• Non utilizzare il proprio profilo personale per ottenere profitti commerciali.
• Non usare iShopps se non hai compiuto 13 anni. I Servizi di iShopps non sono diretti a persone di età inferiore ai 13 anni. Se vieni a sapere che il tuo bambino ha fornito informazioni personali senza il tuo consenso, ti preghiamo di contattare info@ishopps.com. iShopps non raccoglie consapevolmente informazioni personali di bambini di età inferiore a 13 anni. Se viene a sapere che un bambino di età inferiore ai 13 anni ha fornito informazioni personali, si attiva per rimuovere tali informazioni e per cancellare l’account del bambino.
• Non usare iShopps se si è stati accusati di crimini sessuali.
• Assicurarsi che le proprie informazioni di contatto siano sempre corrette e aggiornate.
• Non condividere la propria password (o, nel caso degli sviluppatori, la chiave segreta), né consentire ad altri di accedere al proprio account o di eseguire qualsiasi altra azione che potrebbe mettere a rischio la sicurezza del suo account. Impedire l'accesso non autorizzato al proprio account ed alle informazioni personali scegliendo e proteggendo la propria password in modo appropriato, e limitando l'accesso al proprio dispositivo mobile.
• Non trasferire a terzi il proprio account.
Se l'utente seleziona un nome utente per il proprio account, iShopps si riserva il diritto di rimuoverlo o reclamarlo, qualora lo ritenga appropriato (ad esempio, se il proprietario di un marchio si lamenta del fatto che un nome utente non è in relazione diretta con il nome reale dell'utente).
L’utente è responsabile della custodia della password che utilizza per accedere ai Servizi e di ogni attività o azione che richieda l’utilizzo di tale password. iShopps consiglia l’utilizzo di password “complesse” (formate da una combinazione di lettere maiuscole e minuscole, numeri e simboli) per il proprio account.
Disposizioni per l’utilizzo del pulsante Share. Se l'utente utilizza il pulsante “Share” (icona della fotocamera), accetta di condividere con tutti gli utenti iShopps l’oggetto fotografato o ripreso in video e i contenuti ad essa associati. Allo stesso modo l’utente può decidere di non condividere l’oggetto, ma di tenerlo visibile per sé, tramite il pulsante “Private Only” (icona del lucchetto). Le stesse disposizioni Termini d’Uso verranno applicate per la condivisione collegata a Facebook. (nota: se decidi di mantenere private le tue condivisioni, non avrai diritto ad un avanzamento di punteggio).
Modifiche. iShopps può decidere in qualsiasi momento, per qualsiasi ragione, o per nessuna ragione, di cambiare il testo del seguente documento o di qualsiasi altro documento relativo alle condizioni del Servizio. Ti consigliamo quindi di rivedere periodicamente le pagine relative alla Privacy e ai Termini del Servizio.
Altro. Tutti i nostri diritti e obblighi relativi ai Termini del Servizio possono essere da noi assegnati liberamente nell'eventualità di una fusione, acquisizione o vendita di beni o tramite un'operazione legale o altra transazione. Nel caso in cui IShopps sia coinvolto in una procedura di fallimento, in una fusione, acquisizione, riorganizzazione o vendita dei suoi beni, le tue informazioni potrebbero essere vendute o trasferite nell’ambito della relativa operazione. Quanto stabilito nella presente Informativa Privacy si applicherà alle tue informazioni come trasferite al nuovo soggetto.
Cancellazione account. Puoi in qualsiasi momento cancellare il tuo account IShopps. Se utilizzi il pulsante “delete account” presente nella sezione “settings / account” dell’applicazione, il tuo account sarà disattivato e quindi eliminato. Quando il tuo account è disattivato, non sarà più visibile su iShopps. Quando l’account viene disattivato dall’utente tutti i dati che egli ha caricato rimarranno disponibili nei nostri archivi ma non visibili, grazie a questa scelta un Utente avrà sempre la possibilità di "tornare sui suoi passi" facendosi riattivare l'account.
